　　Sea-air drill
　　On July 14, China held an emergency drill in the waters near Xisha Islands, Hainan province, to fulfill international obligations to better ensure navigational safety in the South China Sea. It’s the first comprehensive sea-air drill since 2012, and it included sea-air search and rescue exercises, an emergency treatment scenario and sea fire-fighting. Similar emergency drills will be held more frequently in the city of Sansha, and the exercise zone will be expanded into Nansha, said Xinhua.
　　7月14日，我国在海南省西沙群岛附近海域举行了海空立体应急演练，演练为履行国际义务，并为南海的航行安全提供更好的保障。这也是2012年以来首次举行的“海空立体”综合应急演练，内容包括海空搜救，急救处理以及海上消防等。据新华网报道，三沙市计划将类似的演练常态化，并且演练区域将扩大到南沙海域。
　　马上学：“海空”是sea-air，相应的，“海陆空”演习则是joint sea, land and air drills。Drill和 exercise均有“演习”的意思，常与动词conduct和carry out搭配使用。
