1.catch v. 抓住；赶上；接住
catch (get) glimpse of 瞥见
例句：The eyewitness only caught a glimpse of the suspect, thus he couldn't make a precise description of the latter's appearance.

2.high adj. 高级的；重要的；强烈的
It is high sb. did sth. 是...的时候了；早该(it is time for sb. to do sth.; should have done sth.)
例句：1.I think it's high time we turned our attention to the danger of drunk driving now.
我认为我们现在该注意一下酒后开车的危险性了。
2.It's high time the children went to bed．
