At present,any staff who want to be qualified in order to survive in society must do as follows.

First of all,only your colleagues and boss accept you as an active and pratical staff,can you base yourself upon your working place.Secondly,you should develop the good habit of being polite and respectful to everyone,especially your clients,and you should deal with your clients' matters with true heart and sincerely accept their advice or criticism.Thirdly,namely obeying the leadership.You must unconditionally obey the decision and command from your leaders,even sometimes you can not understand.Fourthly,the team-work spirit.You should get along well with your colleagues with out any complaint and enmity,instead,you must build good atmosphere around by making every efforts.At last is the spirit of utter devotion,which means respecting your working place and treat it as your home,never thinking about the reward even thought you've done much more than others.

I believe that only you do so can you be a really qualified staff,making contributions to not only you working place but also to your own family.
