1、介词短语用作插入语。

　　2、副词用作插入语。
　　certainly，surely，indeed，however，fortunately，luckily，probably，personally等。
　　例：Unfortunately，I was caughtin the rain. Personally，I’d rather go to the opera theatre.
　　3、不定式作插入语。
　　to be frank，to tell(youthe truth，to be sure等。
　　例：To tell youthe truth，I didn’t want to go with you.
　　4、V-ing分词短语作插入语。
　　generally speaking，generally considering，strictly speaking，judging from/by等。

　　5、分句作插入语。
