make a claim against 向...索赔(sk...to pay the compensation)
例句：An elderly woman yesterday made a legal claim against a department store because it had wrongly accused her of stealing a Christmas card.

2.evil n．邪恶，罪恶 adj. 邪恶的，罪恶的，坏的
speak evil of sb. 说某人坏话（say bad things about sb.)
A:Don't you fear that she knows what you are saying?
