兼职The Part Time Job

In the collage, I do the part time jobs on the weekend and vacations.

在大学里，我在周末和假期的时候会做些兼职。

The jobs I do are tutoring the middle school students in a training center, doing the sales work in the shopping mall, passing out the leaflets for the sales promotion and assisting a professor to prepare the physical lab.

我做的兼职有在培训中心给中学生培训，在卖场做销售，给商家促销发传单以及协助教授准备物理实验室。

The part time jobs are not only about the money to me but also a good opportunity to be prepared for entering society after graduating for the collage.

兼职对于我来说不仅仅是钱的问题，还是一个很好的计划为毕业后进入社会做准备。

The tutoring job requires a great patience. There are always more than 20 students come toward me and ask me different questions at the same time. I have to keep order in the class and answer their question one by one. This really helps me to be an organized person and build up my grave and dignified bearing. I think I can handle any chaos in the school if I am willing to be a teacher as my career.

培训工作需要很大的耐心。总是有超过20个学生围向我同时问我不同的问题。我必须要保持课堂纪律，一个个回答他们的问题。这真的帮助我成为一个有条理的人，也树立了个人威严。我想如果我选择教师作为职业的话，我能处理任何学校里发生的混乱。

The sales and passing out leaflet work trains me not be coy to the stranger. I have to be very extroverted and active to have this job done well. Now I am more confident, and no longer be afraid in a strange environment.

销售和发传单的工作锻炼了我对陌生人容易害羞的毛病。我必须要很外向主动，才能将这份工作做好。现在我更加自信了，也不会在陌生环境里感到慌张。

And the assisting job allows me to have more time with my teacher the professor. He is really nice to me and sometimes give me an extra lesson at spare time. He gives me a lot guidance in the study and work, I appreciate it very much.

至于助理工作则让我跟我的老师、那位教授呆在一起的时候更长了。他对我很友善，有空的时候还给我开小灶上课。他给了我很多学习和工作上的指导，我很感激他。

There are many advantages of doing part time jobs in collage. I will do better in the future since I have such great experiences of part time jobs in collage.

在大学做兼职有很多好处。由于有了这些大学里兼职的丰富经验，我会在以后做得更加好。

成为一个专才还是通才To Become a Specialist or a Generalist

In the college, students learn so many knowledge and try to make themselves stand out, so that they can win over others when they come to the job market. Some students focus on the professional knowledge, and other students focus on the general knowledge. In my opinion, it is necessary to become both specialist and generalist.

There are some primary schools and secondary schools stipulate that the student bring the cellphone to school is not allowed. There is a lot of discussion about whether the students use the cellphone is good or bad.
有些中小学规定不允许学生把手机带到学校。这引发了很多讨论，学生使用手机是好是坏。
The supporters think the cellphone is widely used today, the students usually keep themselves in touch with their parents or guardians via the cellphone any time. As for the security issue, the cellphone is necessary. On the other hand, the students can use it as a tool of study. They can search the study materials on line by using the cellphone, it will cut down much cost of the time, make the study more efficiently.
支持者认为，手机在当今时代已经广泛运用，学生可以用来与家长和监护人随时保持联系，对于安全问题来说，手机是非常必要的。另外，学生也可以将手机作为一个学习工具。他们可以用手机上网搜索学习资料，这将会大大减少时间成本，让学习变得更加有效率。
And other people think that the juveniles is not matured enough to use the cellphone in the right way. There were some reports said that some students used the cellphone to cheat in the exam. And also, many parents found that their children would attain some inappropriate information from the net service on the cellphone, it is not easy to supervise that. What the worst result is, they become a cellphone addict, stick to the cellphone anywhere anytime.
而另外一些人则认为，青少年们还不够成熟，不能正确的使用手机。有些报道称有些学生用手机在考试时作弊。此外，很多家长们发现他们的小孩通过手机的网络服务会获取一些少儿不宜的信息，这并不好进行监督。而最坏的结果是，他们会变成一个手机上瘾者，不管什么时候、到哪都要粘着手机。
There are the advantages and disadvantages of the cellphone, I think the most important of all is how to use it as the best tool of our life instead of letting it control your life.
手机有利有弊，我想最重要的是怎样将它变成生活里的工具，而不是让它控制你的生活。
