中国官员表示，即将在杭州召开的G20峰会将会给发展中国家提供表达心声的难得机会。

This year's G20 Summit in Hangzhou will see the leaders of the world's most powerful economies come together with a record number of foreign delegations3 to the annual sessions.

Five countries, including Chad, Senegal, Egypt, Laos and Kazakhstan are sending delegations to Hangzhou.

Chad, Senegal and Laos also represent different international groupings from both Africa and Asia.

Lu Kang with the Chinese Foreign Ministry4 says next month's sessions will provide a platform for their voices to be heard around the world.

"With the summit fast approaching, we've noticed a growing expectation from the international community about the Hangzhou Summit. Many of the countries being represented have already expressed willingness to work with China to ensure the success of the summit and inject a newer, stronger driving force into world economic growth," said Lu.
