家 写下了标题,不禁想笑.平时很少想这些,突然想到了,一时有许多废话可以说,又不知从何说起.还是倒过来说,不说该怎么,直说最好不该怎么. 用折字先生的办法,望文生义,家最初显然和猪圈有关,而家的发展,当然是让它越来越不像猪圈.不过,我并不喜欢那些一尘不染的家庭.清洁过了头,家反而不像家.家是给人住的,因此,我想一切都应该以让人不感到别扭为度.过分用心了,人便变成了家的奴隶,整天替家当保姆,不值得.一个让人羡慕的家庭环境,所有的布置,都应该是以能促进家庭成员彼此之间的健康和谐为基本的前提.一个好的家居,要充满人情味,太干净,太讲究,人情味必打折扣.有的人的家庭,喜欢收拾得仅供外宾参观似的,结果,作为家庭的主人,自己也成了无所适从的客人. 古人对于家的诸多注中间,有一个注很重要,是”有男有女则为家”.男人和女人才是家庭中最重要的摆设.关于家居,没有最好这一说.自己觉得好,就是货真价实的好.不同的人,应该有不同的家.最害怕统一的风格,现在的房子都大同小异,先天已经不足,如果大家再按照统一的式样,装饰自己的家,结果个人的家成了集体的家,想到了就觉得煞风景. Home After writing down the title, I couldn’t help bursting our laughing. Usually such topics seldom occur to me. But if any one of them should happen to flash into my mind, I seem to have so many frivolities to prattle about that I don’t know where to start. I’d better be unconventional by mentioning the “don’ts” only. Like people who divine fortunes by analyzing the component parts of a Chinese character, I’d conclude that a home at its very start was evidently associated with a pigsty. But with the gradual development of the human abode, a home dissociates itself farther and farther away from that place. On the other hand, I don’t like a home that is kept spick-and-span. If overdone, a home ceases being a home. A home is a place foe people to live in, therefore everything should be measured against the standard where people feel at home. Excessive attention to one’s dwelling turns one into a slave in bondage to a material structure, and a round-the-clock housekeeper. It’s hardly worth the while. The layout and ambience of an enviable home should be designed to guarantee the health of each and every family member and promote domestic harmony. An ideal home should be pervaded by human feelings, if too clean and too luxurious, the place will have its human touch abridged. Some people like to decorate their home in such a way as if it was open for show to visitors from abroad only. The result is: even the owner of the mansion doesn’t feel at home. Our ancestors have annotated “home” in many different ways. The following carries much weight: the union of a man and woman makes a home. It is the man and wife that best, no one has the final say. The really best one is the one that the owner favours. Houses of different styles should be designed for different kinds of families. What is most abominable is a unified style. The apartment buildings we now see look practically the same on the exterior, an “inborn defect”, so to speak , if each and every family adopts the same style in interior decorating, the result will be: one couple’s home is just like any other couple’s. At the thought of such a home, anybody’s enthusiasm will be dampened. 一只泪流满面的猴 这只猴子没有父母和亲人,缺乏管教成了他最大的缺点.当他日益强大的时候,这个缺点给了他一个终生难忘的教训,他被一个价叫释迦的和尚用一座大山压了五百年. 我在一本名叫<<西游记>>的书里读到关于这只猴子的故事.他后来被另一个姓唐的和尚救了,他被用来保护姓唐的和尚去取一本据说要经过很多艰险才能取得的经书.经书当然取得了,而他据说也成了正果. 这个故事具有很强的趣味性,几乎欺骗了我整个童年. 多年以后,我给我的孩子又讲这只猴子的故事,讲到他被救的故事,保护师父历尽艰险去西天取经.孩子忽然对我说:’’孙悟空真可怜.’’ 我有些不解,问孩子问什么.孩子说,他干吗要跟着一个什么都不会的笨师父去取一本不知道拿来做什么的破经呢:?他应该再大闹天宫. 那一夜,我整夜都不能入睡,黎明的时候,我似乎又看到那张小时候经常出现在梦中的脸,他当然还是一只猴脸. 他泪流满面. A Tearful Monkey Once upon a time, there was a monkey, having no parents or any other blood relations, ha had not had upbringing of any kind. When he became magically powerful and uncontrollably wild, this fatal weakness of his taught him the lesson of his life. He was held down close to the ground for 500 years by a big mountain brought to bear on him by a master Buddha…. I read about this monkey in a novel entitled <>. This monkey was released by a monk surnamed Tang, and was accepted by the latter as one of his disciples and escorts to accompany him on his adventure. After overcoming untold hardships and braving incredible dangers, the monkey got the scriptures and the monkey became a Buddha too. This story is so interesting that it almost beguiled the whole of my childhood. Many years later, I started to amuse my kid with the same story. One day, when I came to the formidable ordeals the monkey underwent while performing his duty, my son suddenly murmured, “Monkey King is really very pitiable!” Surprised, I asked why. He replied, “What’s the point of accompanying a good-for-nothing master on his trip to get those worthless scriptures? He should have rebelled again.” This answer kept me awake the whole of that night. As day was breaking, I seemed to see again the face which often appeared in my dream while I was a kid, the face of that monkey of course. The monkey is weeping! 浪漫 一个小伙子暗恋着一个女孩.女孩是他的同事, 他们在一个办公室里工作. 小伙子性格内向,不善言辞,他不知道如何向女孩子表达他的爱慕之意.写情书罢,小伙子是学理工的,一直搞技术工作,满脑子的图形,就是没有一句有文采的话.小城也有鲜花店,电影电视上常见的送花那一套也无从说起.至于直截了当地告诉女孩子说’’我爱你’’,小伙子就更没有那胆量了. 这样的恋情应该说是没有什么希望的了.事实上一年后他们却结了婚.有人向小伙子讨教,他说:’’我每天上班第一件事就是帮她擦桌子,然后为她泡上一杯她喜欢喝的绿茶.她的胃不好,我经常备些胃药放在她的桌上.一开始她不知道是我做的这些事情,时间长了就知道了.就这么简单.’’ 忍不住叫人想到’’浪漫’’一词.写情书是一种浪漫,送99朵玫瑰是一种浪漫.我不知道,擦桌子泡茶送药是否也是一种浪漫.浪漫是没有定式的,或许那些实实在在地呵护和关爱才是真正的浪漫,它是生命之火所点燃的最绚烂的花朵. Romance A young boy fell in love with a girl secretly .The girl was his colleague and they worked together in some office. They boy was introverted and not good at expressing himself, he didn’t know how to express his affections to the girl. It is head was full of graphs but no word with literary grace because he majored in sciences and engineering, and he was working in technology. Therefore, valentine was not a good choice for him. Presenting flowers what was often shown in film or TV also couldn’t be put into practice because there wasn’t even a flower shop in the small city. As for direct words “I love you ’’, the young fellow didn’t have the guts too say them. Such affection seemed to be hopeless. However, the fact is that they got married a year later. Some people asked for advice to the young fellow, he said “the first thing in my daily work life is cleaning her official desk, then I make a cup of green tea what is her favourite . what’s more, I often prepare some medicine and put on her desk because she has a week stomach. At the beginning, she didn’t know that all these things were done by me. However, all became clear as time goes. These are my simple experience.’’ A word “Romance’’ comes across my mind involuntarily. Valentine represents romance, ninty-nine roses also represents romance. However, I don’t know whether cleaning desk, making tea and preparing medicine also represent romance or not. Romance has no established formula, and perhaps sincere care and love is the real romance.
