In the second place, another imperative motivation is that people, in most cases, change their jobs for a higher salary. Just like a saying goes, “People strive upward.” According to statistics, the foremost reason that people change jobs is for a better pay. Consequently, if one can get a more appealing offer from some other employer,what' s the point of staying in the original one? If some measures have to be taken to lessen or even eliminate this phenomenon, I reckon that companies should take up an inescapable responsibility through providing all their employees with a clear and transparent ladder of promotion as well as sufficient benefits in order to alleviate employees' impulses of leaving. What' s more,especially in terms of job ethics and a sense of responsibility. In this way, people may form a more precise and mature attitude towards career and thus not being carried away by this ever-changing fickle world. From all that have been discussed above, we can draw a safe conclusion that there are various causes for people' s frequent job-hopping.
