高中英语作文范文:一次难忘的经历 One of my most unforgettable experiences occurred on a day last summer, when I was handing out newspapers from door to door. Disappointed at my study results, I didn't want to go to school any longer. I found a temporary job during my summer vacation. Because I was poor in knowledge, the manager only asked me to deliver newspapers from house to house. At the beginning, I took it for granted that it would be a piece of cake. There would be no difficultly in finishing it. But to my surprise, when I went to people's houses, they looked me up and down. I could feel that they looked down upon me. I was badly hurt. Though I was discouraged, I came to another house. A black dog jumped out suddenly. I was frightened and screamed with fear. But no one came to help me. At that time, I came to realize that delivering newspapers was more difficult than reading in the classroom. I wanted to give up, but I couldn't. I tried my best to do the job better. Although I was very tired, I made it finally. From this unforgettable experience, I have learnt that if we put our heart into it, nothing is difficult and nothing is impossible. Now, I am sitting in the classroom, happy, confident, and hard-working.
