Gender discrimination In China, women's position is pretty low in all ages, especially in the feudal society. Nowadays, all over the world to advocate equality between men and women, and in fact the situation is become better and better, but many people still hold on this concept in the subconscious. Real equality hasn't been realized completely. Gender discrimination，especially for female employees，is more obvious from those in recent years. As the proverb goes “equal job, equal pay”, has not been largely accepted by most of people. Women are treated differently and they do not have the same rights as the men. We can see from the daily life that women stay at home to take care of children and men are in a hurry to handle the affairs. Some men do not want their wives to work. From my point of view, there must be some measures been taken to solve this problem. Firstly, law made to solve this matter must be published as soon as possible.
