Titanic The film Titanic was made by Hollywood. It tells us a really moving story. The film is set in the huge steamboat Titanic. Rose is a beautiful lady from a noble family. However, she is bored with the life of her class. There are always so many rules to obey. She can never play freely or talk freely with others. She hates parties most. Jack is a handsome, outgoing, but poor painter. Though he is not really well-off, he is always dreaming of being with Rose. Finally he succeeds, and their love turns out to be eternal(永恒的). As the plot is really complicated, here I introduce 3 scenes. 1. One day, Rose and Jack stand on the edge of the board. Jack holds Rose by her waist while Rose stretches out her arms like she is flying. It is a really happy and impressive scene. 2. Jack was tied down by an iron chain by Rose’s future husband on the bottom story of the boat, which sank first. He is really in danger. Rose risks her life to save him. The water is deeper and deeper. Time is limited, but they can’t find the way to break the chain. With great difficulty, Rose finds and axe and frees Jack. However, the water level is above their heads and as the doors were closed, they almost drown. Fortunately, they eventually managed to get to safety. 3. There are some sad moments, especially when they face the challenge which may threaten their lives. Titanic sank, and the water was freezing. In one vivid scene, Rose lays on a piece of wood, while half of Jack’s body is underwater. They encourage each other never to give up, and Jack tells Rose to continue to live bravely. Tears always ran down my cheeks when I saw this scene once more. The film is of perfect quality. For instance, when Titanic sank, Hollywood made a great special effect on how it breaks into two pieces and how people drop when they are right on board. The love of Rose and Jack will last forever. They ignore their differences and love bravely and never separate from each other. This love is truly real and it is a great love as well. The film is, undoubtedly, a real masterpiece.
