构建和谐班级英语作文

As we know, the class is where we acquire knowledge and communicate with each other.A good learning environment is a guarantee of good learning outcomes.Therefor,it is essential to build up a harmonious class.

As far as I can see,there are some inharmonious phenomenon in our class.firstly,there are some students speak loudly between classes what affects other students' learning and rest.secondiy,Some students do not pay attention to preserve the classroom clean, throwing garbage anywhere.what is more, lack of mutual understanding between some of the classmates led the existence of conflict.Together, these phenomenas are influencing our learning and the relationships between our classmates.

At my point of view,more strict class discipline should be build up to constraints on the bahavior of the students.And teacher should play a more active role in managing class.only in these way,a harmonious class could be built up.
