　　一、重要句型或语法

　　1、动词不定式

　　本课侧重动词不定式的用法，以动词want和tell的用法为主，即：want sb. to do sth.和want to do sth.;tell sb. to do sth.。

　　注意不定式的否定直接在to do前加not，但want的否定一般直接在want上体现出来，即：don't/doesn't/didn't want sb. to do sth.或don't/doesn't/didn't want to do sth.。如：I want her to come to my office. / Tell her to come at once. / I dont' want you to miss the train. / She tells me not to lose the book.

　　二、课文主要语言点

　　I want her. 注意want的用法。本句中的want用作及物动词，直接接宾语。

　　Do you want to speak to her? Yes, I do. 1)本句中的want也用作及物动词，但后接宾语和以不定式充当的宾语补足语。 2)speak to sb.，同某人谈话，这里相当于talk to sb.。

　　Tell her to come at once. 1)tell一般都后接双宾，即：tell sb. sth.，如：Please tell him the good news if he comes. 此外，tell也有像本句话一样的后接宾语和宾语补足语的用法，即：tell sb. to do sth.，宾语补足语由不定式to do充当。 2)at once，立即、马上。

　　Did you want to see me? Ah, yes, Sandra. 1)可以提问学生为什么此处的助动词用did而不是do，也就是说为什么使用一般过去时而不是一般现在时(因为Sandra提问时针对的就是老板刚才是否要找她。 2)此处的want是直接后接不定式作宾语的，属于不及物动词的用法，即：sb. want to do sth.。

　　How do you spell 'intelligent'? Can you tell me? 1)如果要问某人如何拼写一个单词，可以这么问：How do you spell...? 2)intelligent，智慧的。名词形式为intelligence。 3)注意Can you tell me后面其实省略了how to spell 'intelligent'。

　　That' right. 表示“对的”，注意与“That's all right.”(没关系)的区别。

　　You've typed it with only one 'L'. 可提问学生为什么本句动词使用现在完成时。

　　This letter's full of mistakes. 1)be full of，充满、满是。 2)mistake，错误。源于动词mistake，错拿。

　　Yes, I'll do that. that指代to type it again。

　　I'm sorry about that. be sorry about，对...感到抱歉。

　　And here's a little present for you. 1)可解释本句话对于Sandra来说的意外之处。 2)present，礼物。相当于gift。 3)for sb.，给某人。

　　It's a dictionary. 注意dictionary的拼写和发音。

　　I hope it'll help you. 老板说这句话其实是一种责备，与前面所说的送一个小礼物给Sandra，形成反讽对照，起到了一定的幽默效果。
