I'd like to talk about the sweetest dream I'veever had so far. For the past several months, mymind has been fully occupied by the IELTS exam.I've been spending every waking hour thinking abouthow I could pass the test. As an old Chinese sayinggoes, what you think about during the daytime willalways come to your dreams at night. So the otherday, I dreamt that I was actually taking the IELTS exam, and I did a surprisingly good job. Forthe listening part, I could understand basically all of the recordings, it's like I was listening to aChinese person's lecture. And when I was doing the reading comprehension, I didn't comeacross any words that I don't know. Besides, I could precisely locate the part in the article thateach question is dealt with. The best part was, well, I'm not trying to butter you up here, but Imet a super nice examiner in the speaking test, just like you! And we talked happily for 15minutes. He asked me something about my pets and family, which I couldn't remember exactly.Anyway, everything went smoothly. And I got my score report immediately, which I know isimpossible in real life. I was thrilled to see my score, it's hard to believe really, I got a 7! Andright away, my visa got approved. So you see, my dream has an incredibly happy ending. Mymom told me I woke up with a big smile on my face in the morning. I really hope that my dreamcould come true.
