A.整点的说法
It's two (o'clock)
It's two a.m. /in the morning
It's three p.m. /in the afternoon
It's seven p.m /in the evening/at night
整点的表达方式：
It is +(数字）+（o'clock)
在表达整点的时候，通常clock是可以省略的，如果书写的时不省略o'clock，那么数字部分必须用英文表达
如：It is twelve o'clock 而不是 It is 12 o'clock
B.分钟的表示方式

4:11 = four eleven= eleven past/after four
5:15 = five fifteen= (a) quarter past/after five
11:30 = eleven thirty
2:53 =two fifty-three = seven to three(差7分钟到3点）
7:45 = seven forty-five = (a) quarter to eight(差一刻到8点）
时+分的表达方式：
It is +时（基数）+分（基数）
如：it is two fifteen 现在是2点15分
关于时间的一些表达方式：

what time is it?
what's the time now?
如果是要问“某事是在何时（几点）发生的”则要用 when或是what tine:
When did you see Kevin?
你是什么时候看到凯文的？
What time did you leave the office？
你是什么时候离开公司的？
